Welcome To Water
Welcome to Water helps new and expecting parents introduce their infants to swimming in a gentle, force-free way. Learning begins at home through our free online course, which covers the basics of infant swimming and how to get started right in the bath.
FREE Program (Ages 3–6 months): A 5-week series, meeting once a week. This no-submersion program is led by instructors trained in the force-free philosophy, ensuring every baby’s first experience with water is safe, positive, and full of love.
8- or 10-Week Program (Ages 4–36 months): Builds comfort, safety, and early swimming skills through weekly lessons. Parents bond with their child while supporting developmental growth and water confidence—all without forced submersion.
What Is Welcome To Water?
